See what your guests see in ten seconds with the demo — or, when you want to test it properly, run a small free trial of your own event, risk free. If you like it, the trial simply carries on as your real event.
Try it yourself (the demo)
Join our sample wedding, Mia & Jack, from your phone. Take a photo and watch it appear on the demo's photo wall — open the wall on a laptop or TV to see it land. No sign-up, nothing to type. It is everyone's demo, so you cannot change it, and photos sent to it are deleted after two hours.

A real GuestCam event that is yours: your own QR code and printables, your own console to approve photos, change settings and put the wall on your TV. It runs for 24 hours with up to 3 guests and 20 photos — enough to test it with a couple of friends before your day.

How to get your free trial
- Ask for a trial code. Tap the button below (it opens “Ask a question” with the request written for you), or email [email protected]. Toby sends you a code, usually the same day.
- Book with the code at guestcam.app/book. Enter it in the “Discount or free trial code” box and the price goes to nothing. Your trial event is set up straight away — no invoice, no card.
- Use the email address you sign in to Google with when you book. That is how you open your event's console.
- Set it up as if it were the real thing: approval, the photo wall, the printables. Then have a couple of friends scan the QR code and send photos.
When you decide to go ahead
Book your real event at guestcam.app/book with the same email address you used for the trial. You do not start again — the trial becomes your event:
- The same QR code and guest link, so anything you have already printed or shared still works.
- The settings you chose stay as they are.
- The limits come off: your real dates, unlimited guests and photos, and video switched back on.
- The test photos are taken out, so your album starts clean on the day.
Book within 7 days of the trial ending to carry it on. After that it is deleted, and booking simply sets up a fresh event for you.
If you decide not to
Do nothing. The trial closes by itself after 24 hours, and it and its photos are permanently deleted 7 days later. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to pay.
Schools
School events in Australia and New Zealand are currently free, so a school does not need a trial — book the event itself and test it before the day.
