For weddings

Every guest's photos from your wedding, in one place.

Put a QR code on each table. Guests scan it and share what they capture — the speeches, the dance floor, the moments your photographer never sees. The best of it plays on a screen at the reception, and you get every photo in one gallery. No app to download.

19 seconds: a wedding reception with GuestCam

How it works

01

A QR code on every table

Print the table cards, or add the code to your invitations and signage.

02

Guests share from their phones

Photos, straight from the phone camera. Nothing to install.

03

The night plays on the big screen

Approve each photo, or let them go straight up. Then keep them all.

No app, no sign-up

Guests scan and shoot in seconds, so your older guests take part too.

A live photo wall

Photos appear on a screen at the reception during the night, set to your music.

You choose what goes up

Approve each photo first, or let them appear straight away.

Works on bad reception

Photos wait on the phone and send themselves when signal returns.

Everything afterwards

One private gallery, a ZIP download and a Google Drive backup.

For photographers and planners

Run it under your own name and branding for every couple you work with.

Questions organisers ask

Do our guests need to download an app?

No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and start sharing.

Can we check photos before they appear on the screen?

Yes. You or someone you choose can approve each photo, or you can let photos appear straight away.

What if the venue has poor reception?

Photos queue on the guest’s phone and upload automatically when the signal comes back.

Do videos work too?

Not yet: video recording is coming in a future release. For now GuestCam is photos only.

How do we get the photos afterwards?

Everything is in one private gallery you can share with family, download as a ZIP, or back up to Google Drive.

Can our photographer or planner offer this?

Yes. Photographers and planners can run GuestCam under their own branding.

Planning a wedding, or shoot them for a living?

I’ll only use this to contact you about GuestCam.
