For corporate events & conferences
Every photo from the conference, the launch and the awards night, in one place.
Your photographer can't be at every table, breakout room and after-party. Your guests are already taking the photos. Put one QR code on the lanyards, tables and screens, and everyone's photos land in one album as the event happens, checked by your team before anything goes on the big screen.
How it works
Create the event
Name it, set the start and finish times, and download the QR code for lanyards, table cards and slides.
Everyone scans and shares
Attendees use their normal phone camera. Nothing to install, no account to make.
Approve, show and keep
Your team approves photos from their phones, the best ones play on screen, and you keep the whole album.
Nothing goes up unchecked
Turn on approval and every photo waits until someone on your team approves it. The screen only ever shows what you have seen.
A live photo wall
Any screen with a web browser plays the photos as they arrive: the main stage, a foyer TV, or a laptop on a projector.
No app for attendees
Scan, type a first name, share. You can require Google sign-in instead, so every photo is tied to a named person.
Remote teams can watch
The live wall is a web page, so staff in other offices or countries can watch the event unfold on their own screens.
Your content, your copy
Download everything as a ZIP or back it up to your own Google Drive for the marketing team.
Private by default
The album link only views and downloads, separate from the upload QR code. Photos are never scanned for faces, and everything is deleted a month after the event closes.
Questions organisers ask
Do attendees need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and start sharing. The organiser can choose to require Google sign-in so every photo is linked to a named person.
Can we check photos before they appear on the big screen?
Yes. With approval on, nothing appears until someone you choose approves it from their phone. You can add several approvers for a big event.
Where should we put the QR code?
Lanyards and name badges work best, because the code travels with people all day. Add it to table cards, the opening slide and the screen between sessions.
Can staff who are not at the event watch?
Yes. Send them the live wall link and they see the same screen as the room, on a TV, laptop or phone, anywhere in the world.
What happens if the venue Wi-Fi is overloaded?
Photos wait on the phone and send themselves when the connection comes back, so nothing is lost when the conference Wi-Fi struggles.
How do we get the photos afterwards?
Download the lot as a ZIP, or back them up to your own Google Drive. Everything is deleted one month after the event closes, so save what you need before then.
Can an events company use it under its own name?
Yes. Event companies and photography studios can run GuestCam with their own name and logo on the guest pages and the photo wall.
